1. About the site

vaults.world introduces the Vaults capital project platform and lets you contact us. Use of the Vaults product itself is governed by a separate agreement between Vaults and the customer organisation, not by these terms.

2. Information on the site

We describe the product as accurately as we can, but the site is general information, not an offer or a commitment. Images and interface views marked as concept previews or illustrative are designs, not screenshots of a shipped release, and features may be available, in development or planned. What a customer receives is set out in their agreement.

Nothing on the site is professional advice. AI features in Vaults are designed to support, not replace, the judgement of qualified people, and their outputs should be reviewed before you rely on them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people’s data, or to test their vulnerability without our written permission;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
• use automated tools to collect content from the site in bulk, except search engines indexing it under our published rules;
• send unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited promotional content through the contact form.

4. Intellectual property

The site, including its text, design, graphics, logo and the Vaults name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation of Vaults. Any other use needs our written permission.

5. Links to other sites

If the site links to other websites, we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

7. Our liability

The site is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about it and aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information you give us through the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Vaults is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you’re a consumer, you keep any protection that the law where you live gives you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form.
